| Coastal Commercial Roofing is the only approved roofing company for Northwoods Mall even though they are located approximately 2 hours away! We were first introduced to Coastal when they were the roofing subcontractor for our complete mall renovation in 2004. We found them to be, and still do, more responsive than many other contractors, and are thus able to minimize problems. The service manager and technicians are always very friendly and helpful. Many companies will serve you if you have a major contract or project, but we've found that Coastal will even take care of the small jobs that our tenant stores need done.
